Shipping:
All shipping will be sent via Canada Post, Chit Chats or USPS. The delivery times are approximate times provided by the postal services. They can arrive a bit earlier or later, due to weather, holidays, pandemics, etc.
We will not be held responsible if the customer:
Doesn't provide the correct address.
Requests something for a specific date but fails to be responsive or co-operative.
Doesn't read the Product Descriptions.
Doesn't select the proper Shipping Options for their needs.
Damages the item.
If a customer realizes they've provided the incorrect address AFTER the shipment has already been sent, any postage costs will be paid by the customer. The second shipment CANNOT be sent, until the first one gets returned. In some cases, it is still possible to change during process.
There are NO REFUNDS if the order has already been marked as Delivered, for fraud protection. Insurance companies will NOT refund anything. To make sure your order arrives safely, please provide a VALID and SAFE address upfront. If you believe you've been a victim of mail theft, please report it to authorities!
If any shipment is returned, customers may not always be contacted. Returns always have multiple labels placed over the original address, and it becomes impossible to see it. They also get returned months later sometimes.
If there's any info missing from your shipping address, we will contact you asap via email. If no response, you will be contacted again in 2,3 days. At this point, you are informed that if you are unresponsive for another week or so (specific date will be mentioned), your transaction will be cancelled/refunded. If no response for a week later, as mentioned, it will be cancelled.

Photos and specifications are all provided under the Product Descriptions, so please make sure they match your needs before making a purchase. This is YOUR responsibility. There is a checklist for when placing an order, at the end of EVERY listing to help you. We are not responsible if you don't read the descriptions.
Delayed/Lost Orders:
If you didn't receive your order within the time frame provided:
Wait extra days. It's normal for delivery to be delayed by a few days, especially during the busy holiday season.
Check the estimated delivery time and tracking info on the receipt, and make sure it actually is a delay.
Shipments get sent back with Invalid Address labels sometimes, even if the address is correct. Unfortunately, I won't always be able to tell which order they are, due to the labels/stickers placed over the original address.
Any longer, then it will be further investigated. In this case, PLEASE take the time to contact me via Etsy Conversations so we can discuss in person, instead of filing a dispute right away. As mentioned before, I am always professional and timely with my customer service. Disputes should only be filed if the seller is unresponsive and you're out of options for communication.
To prevent scams, the same order will NOT be replaced more than once. It is highly unlikely for the same order to get lost twice.
